Rates
Vacation Rental Summer Rates (April - November)
- Week days (Sun - Thurs) nights $160/night for the first 8 people and $10/night each additional person
- Weekends (Fri/Sat) nights $210/night for the first 8 people and $10/night each additional person
- Weekly rate - $900
Vacation Rental Winter Rates (December - March)
- Weekends (Fri/Sat/Holidays - $270/night for first 8 people, +$15/night extra for each additional person
- Week days (Sun - Thurs) - $200/night for first 8, +$10/night each additional person
- Dec. 25 - Jan 3 - $300/night for first 8 people, +$15/night each additional person
- 25% discount before December 25 and after March 14
*Rates above do not include the 5.5% state tax and 5% city room tax..
Terms if booking direct (paying by cash/check)
- Advance deposit equal to one night's lodging due at time of reservation
- Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Refundable security deposit collected with final bill
- No pets allowed
If credit card payment is preferred, book on Air B&B. Taxes/fees are included in Air B&B rates.
